    I've just read this Daily Mail story online (I know it's not always to be trusted BUT....) about the 15 worst health drinks and it actually shows quite well the reason you should watch what you drink...

    So if you think you know what you should and shouldn't drink then just read or even scan through this and check you know what you're putting in your body!

    What's the problem? SUGAR!!

    I also watched a Channel 4 program last night "Fat Family Tree" which was interesting and they highlighted that you can easily double your calories in a meal by drinking them! (The example being it's much better to eat your fruit than drink a fruit juice.)

      This photo shows that a Burger King large chocolate milkshake has as much sugar as a Tesco Finest Strawberries and Cream Tart.
