I saw this quote on Monday and started wondering how many people are actually enjoying life? I know from my clients that there are many ways to enjoy life I think the big question is are you doing what you want to be doing?


I like to think I'm an advocate for doing what makes you happy - whenever anyone tells me about something they'd like to do I say go and do it, what's holding you back? In reality I know that there are things that people think will genuinely hold them back, mainly people/relationships - friends, family, pets etc BUT if you aren't happy then maybe it's time for a change?


It's only really you that can hold you back, equally it's only you that can decide to change....


That change could be as simple as deciding to get fitter, lose weight or take on a challenge - this would give you more energy and free you up to enjoy life more!

P.S. New beginners exercise class starting in Cockenzie House gardens (East Lothian) next week - Thursday 30th May 6.30-7.30pm - it will be a Boxercise Circuits class, £15 for a 4 week trial block.
